# How can I buy a server?

To purchase a server, you can follow this guide.

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, you must have:

* A working device you can access websites on (which you presumably do, since you're on this site);
* A Discord account **owned only by you**. You must then join our Discord server by clicking the Discord button on our navbar.

## Creating an account

    This step is straightforward. Create a new tab in your web browser, and visit:

    Click on the `Accounts` dropdown on the navigation bar, and click **Signup**. This will lead you to our signup page. Enter all the details you are prompted for. Once done, you will be redirected to **Discord OAuth**, where you must link your Discord account. Once done, you'll be redirected back to our site.

## Purchasing a server

This area of the documentation will guide you on how to purchase from us.

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, you must have:

* A working bank/credit card with sufficient funds to purchase a server;
* Permission to use the card to purchase from us. \*This only applies if it is not your card.

  <Step title="Viewing the plans we offer & selecting a plan">
    On the navigation bar of our website, you will see **Game Servers**. If you're purchasing a game server, click that option.

    You'll then be redirected to a page that shows the games we offer. Look through these games and click the game you'd like to purchase hosting for. This will redirect you to the plans page for that game.

    There will be various plans in various price ranges. You can only purchase a plan if it is in stock. If it is not in stock, you won't be able to click the Purchase button.

    Once you click the purchase option, you'll be redirected to a page that gives you options to customize your server and leave a note for our team. Once done on this page, click the Continue button.

  <Step title="Purchasing your server">
    Now that you've customized your server, you're ready to purchase from us! To purchase, you must enter all the details you see on the page, and they must be correct. 

    Once you've entered all the details, click Purchase. Your order will go through. Once done, you'll be redirected to your dashboard page, which shows all of your outstanding services and whether they've been provisioned yet.

  If the details you enter aren't correct, your purchase may still go through if the card details are correct. If you have entered anything wrong, don't worry. Our support team is available to help you change any incorrect details.
